The New stainless steel wort plate chiller is a highly-efficient device. This chiller is made of 30 plates of food grade 316L stainless steel that have been brazed together with pure copper in an oxygen-free furnace.
Recommended Max Water Flow Rate: 15.5 gpm, Design Temperature: -180°C to +200°C .We suggest to use water to back wash the wort access to avoid blocking because of the sediment wort after use everytime!
