Add a 1.5″ TC flange to virtually any vessel !
This bulkhead is weldless design, allows you to add a TC port to any vessel no need welding or soldering. Just drill a 32.5mm to 34mm hole and tighen the locknut with 2pcs Food grade silicone O-rings.
Installation Notes:
1. Hole Size Required: 32.5mm
2. The lock nut hex measures 48mm
3. The front of the flange does not have flats for a wrench. The easiest way to hold the flange for tightening is to clamp any other TC parts on with the gasket and clamp. Once tight, you can insert a long rod or screw driver into the hole of the wingnut.
4. Works on kettle as small as 12″ in diameter.
