Vacuum sealing operation:
1. Put the food in the bag. Organize the open end of the bag to remove dust and smooth wrinkles or folds.
2. Place the open end of the bag in the vacuum chamber below the air inlet. Do not load excessive food.
3. Cover the lid, then press the sides of the lid and lock the buckle.
4. Press the “Vacuum/Sealing” button and the green LED will flash to enter the automatic vacuum pumping state.
5. When the LED light turns red, it enters the automatic sealing state.
6. When the LED turns green again, the vacuum sealing process is completed.
7. Open the vacuum relief valve and release the vacuum pressure inside the machine.
8. Open the top cover to remove the bag and refrigerate or freeze the sealed food bag if necessary.

Separate sealing operation:
1. Plug the power plug into the power supply and the green LED light.
2. Place one end of the bag over the heated sealing strip, but make sure that the end of the bag does not enter the vacuum chamber.
3. Cover the lid, then press the sides of the lid, lock the buckle, press the “Seal” button for 3 seconds, the LED will turn red.
4, then hold both sides of the lid with both hands until the LED light changes from red to green.
5. After the seal is completed, open the upper cover and take out the bag.

Cleaning and maintenance:
• Always unplug the power cord before cleaning the machine.
• Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean the equipment as they can scratch the surface of the product.
• Wipe the product with a soft cloth lightly dampened with a mild detergent solution or water.
• When cleaning the inside of the machine, wipe off food or liquid with a paper towel.
• Dry thoroughly before using it next time.

Tips:
• Do not load excess bag in the bag. Leave enough space on the open end of the bag to allow it to be placed in the vacuum chamber.
• Do not wet the open end of the bag to avoid it being difficult to melt and seal.
• Clean and tidy the open end of the bag before sealing. Do not leave anything in the opening of the bag. Do not wrinkle or crease, as foreign objects or crease bags can cause sealing difficulties.
• Do not pack items such as fish bones and hard shells, as spiked items may penetrate and tear the bag.
• The vacuum sealer rests for 2 minutes after each seal or vacuum seal, /(?:)/.

Vacuum packaging and food safety

Vacuum packaging extends the life of the food by removing most of the air in the sealed container, preventing fresh air from entering the sealed container, thereby reducing oxidation.
